Hey all,

So after moving houses and my fitbit Ionic being in a box uncharged for a while, I charged it up and used it. The problem is no steps are being recorded, no heart rate etc, all that data sits on 0. I have restarted my Ionic but to no avail. Has anyone had this problem before or knows how to solve it please?

A warm welcome to the Community @Tegan.McNeil. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to try the tips on this article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? Since, you mentioned you haven't used your Ionic in a while please confirm you have the latest firmware version.
