No vibration on any feature on Fitbit Ionic

I have seen several posts about iOS 13 and text messaging notifications, however I do not get vibrations on even just the features on the Ionic. When you went into timers, starting and stopping the stopwatch used to vibrate,  when a timer was done it used to vibrate. I don’t vibrations on any of the following anymore:

  • Reminders to move
  • Timer/Stopwatch
  • Plugging ionic in to charge
  • alarms
  • text messages
  • calls
  • calendar

Vibrations is set to strong, I have followed all the steps in the iOS 13 issue several times. My apps, firmware and iOS are up to date. Do not disturb and sleep mode are off. I have removed my ionic from Bluetooth and the Fitbit app, removed the app and started like it was new. I have done About>Shutdown and even a factory reset. I don’t think my issue is with the iOS if I cannot even get the features on the Ionic to even vibrate. Is there some setting on the Ionic I am missing or did the Ionic just quit vibrating all together?

When i set chronometer for 1 minute, and keep watching the watch, i sense 1 short burst vibration upon expiration.  It ised to vibrate until i pressed the check mark.  But now, the check mark appears and there are no vibration.

same thing when i receive a phone call.  I receive only one short burst.  The check mark appears to answer the call.  But while the call rings on the phone, there are no vibration on the watch.
