No vibration with notifications

I bought a Fitbit Ionic 3 days ago and set it up as per the instructions, however no vibration with notifications at all.

i tried reset function, reboot both phone and the ionic but no success. 

Any help is much appreciated!!

A warm welcome to the Community @Rohis. Thanks for the troubleshoot you've followed. I would like you to double check if the other functions properly work regarding the vibration motor, Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?. You can try this by testing your main goal, setting an alarm and start the timer.
