No vibrations on incoming messages

Hi, don't know if anyone else has this same issue and perhaps found a solution for it. I allready tried several things, but vibrations are still not working on incoming messages. Incoming messages do appear, I can see them, but no vibrating. When I send a test message from my phone it does vibrate, which is strange.

After using the Fitbit now for a few days I am losing my trust in the device... several issues keep coming up, have to restart in order to fix them, but even a restart doesn't work now 😞

This should be changed as the accepted answer. I was having the same issue and tried resetting it by holding all 3 buttons down and it didn't fix my issue. Then I accidentally found the notification setting by holding the left button and turned it on and it started working instantly.

@jamax1 said Versa but I did it on my Ionic and it worked. I only mention that because I thought this thread was about Ionics xP goodluck to everyone!
