Not Able to Sync with Pixel 2 XL

I am having issues with this phone and my Ionic

It worked when i first got the phone but not it wont sync!

 

Has anyone had the same problems with this phone ?

I was checking the list of supported devices and the Pixel 2 XL is not showing there. I believe this is the main reason why you are experiencing this.
 
However, the developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 4.4 KitKat), you can try the tips on this help article.
 
Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization would be will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.

This doesnt explain then why it worked when I first got the phone?

 

Also the Pixel 2 XL has been out for 9 months already and you still dont support it?

@Drekko Thanks for your reply! That is because Fitbit is still testing on this phone model so it may work or not. It is not guaranteed. Have you tried the syncing troubleshooting steps I left on my post above?

 

Please stay tuned to the list of supported devices for new additions!
