Not Responding when swiping?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I know this is a problem for any users, but I have tried the suggested and done reboots, updates etc - if my ionic repeatedly wont respond to swipes, or has a lag when i do swipe/tap, what else can I do?

Thanks so much!

Aha... my problems started that way too, after the update... In the meantime, I tried a lot, like doing a factory reset for 3 times.

And now I have a dead Ionic since about 3 days... Once in a while, the blue emblem of Fitbit comes on my phone for some seconds and then it ‘dies’ again for some hours... And, maybe 1 or 2 times a day, I see my start screen on my Fitbit, for a few seconds. It’s always irresponsive and after that few seconds, my Ionic dies again for some hours...

I hope your’s will do better.

Moderators ignore my messages for help. So, i’m Sorry I can’t give you even any advice...😔

In the beginning, I felt desperate. Now I still feel desperate, but also angry because of the fact a moderator gave a way to deal with some problems to probably 20 people in 1 message, but he ‘forgot’ me... I suppose maybe it had to do with the fact that I was getting angry already too... you must be sweet and very thankful to get their attention, as a client, I think... And you may not put your boundaries at all, you have to accept that you are worthless as a client and that you may be very thankful IF they want to help you...

I suppose negative reviews on other famous websites can do more, maybe?

I have a Fitbit Ionic since January 2018. It’s my 4th now, during my warranty of 2 years. I hope this one lasts much longer. Updates are dangerous!

Thanks so much for your response!

I’m lucky - I’ve had good customer care for my past Fitbit watch, but I know people have had problems with the ionic too and hope it can be resolved. I really hope you get the help you are due - in many senses you do expect a level of care when you spend so much on a watch. Keep me updated!
