I’ve followed the suggestions for other threads to help with issues with syncing their ionic with their phone. When I do that it syncs that data that was missing, but it isn’t a permanent fix. The all day sync isn’t working. Pulling down to sync in the app isn’t working. Even the ‘sync now’ button on the app won’t do it. I’ve had the watch for about a month and for the first couple of weeks it worked great but I can’t get this to work.

I’m presuming you’re on Android and like the other threads you’ve read, this is a problem others have. However I believe there is a new update being rolled out which improves syncing. Be aware that the update isn’t available to everybody immediately but it will come. Roll outs can be frustrating to wait for.

I’m actually using my iPhone. I’ve checked and I’m using the most update version of iOS 11.
