Not able to connect my device to iPhone nor Laptop

I keep getting errors, all the steps in the screen won't work (disconnect bluetooth device et cetera). Anyone experienced this as well? I am getting hopeless...

Rather than me guessing, have a look at fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and if that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of that help file, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

If it's not connecting to phone or laptop then it's a probably a problem with the fitbit. Have you tried a restart by pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons on the Ionic until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen?
