Not able to see Calories Burned on Ionic

Hi there,I updated my ionic (2017v) on the weekend and have not been able to access my calorie counter on my watch although I can sync on my iPhone ?? Any ideas ??

@MrDoyle Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with the calorie counter on your watch. I'm glad your watch is syncing correctly.

 

In this case, I believe this could be happening as a result of the clock face you are using. Please try changing the clock face to another one and check if that will do the trick.

Hi

Thanks for the mail changed the watch face but no joy....calorie counter is still not an option under settings on the watch

It gives me the following options
Core
Hourly steps
Heart rate
Exercise
Sleep
Water
Food
Weight
Badges

What is the name of the clock face you are using?

 

Please try downloading one of the following clock faces and let me know if you are able to see the calories then:
