Did the update last night and now I cannot receive texts or calls on my watch it always says nothing new here. Bluetooth is on notifications are allowed from my phone to the watch, and notifications are set on the watch it seems like nothing I do let them come through, I've restarted both devices any ideas?

@Sw261 Sometimes the update resets the notification switch on the Ionic. Press and hold the left button until you get the menu for screen wake and notifications and make sure notifications is on. If not, tap the tile to turn it on.

Without knowing the type of phone, ill direct you to the helpsite. where you will find the special permisions and settings needed for each phone
Http://help.fitbit com/?q=notifications
Also note that if notifications are not displayed on the lock screen then they most likely will not show on the tracker.

I have an iPhone 7 and the lastest update stopped the watch from receiving all notifications and the help site suggestions did not work.

try swiping down to view your notifications and clear all of them from the iphone

Check notifications setting on your Fitbit app. For some reason the notification can switch off. It happens with WhatsApp and Outlook for me.

@Cyhadd the S9 should have no problems sending notifications. I only know 4 people with this phone but none had problems setting up notifications .
Have yu checked the DND setting on the ionoc itself?
One thing to note, normally if the phone is in DND or the volume is turned down, notifications will not be sent .
If notifications do not show on the phones nes AOD they will not show on the tracker.
Have you looked at the setup guide, or the user manual?
The guide walks the user through the settings on both the phone and Fitbit app .
