Not received Fitbit Ionic refund

Hello,

I applied for the fitbit ionic refund in December of 2022 and got the

Fitbit Ionic Recall Account Verification- Reference 2022030501460404

I am yet to receive the refund.

 
Dear Sir/Madam
 
You were to paid me $299.00 USD for the Fitbit Ionic refund and I have been very patient in multiple emails and phone calls despite this however I have not received my refund.
 
I have multiple emails from support as well as my original copy of the confirmation with the code 2022030501460404. I have also received multiple calls that all ask me to confirm the same information I have already confirmed several times over.
 
I demand my refund as promised to me.
 
I am tired of waiting. My trust in fitbit is ruined and I believe the only option. My concern is you do not care enough about your customers to bother ensuring safety. Im also concerned that i will never get my refund due to your inept handling of this situation. I would like a substantial update sooner over later. You have been wholly useless so far and I can't understand why you ask me to confirm the same thing repeatedly. Literally mail me a 300 dollar check or pay me in cash at your nearest office. It should be simple yet you make this so difficult. All this could have been solve but you continue to cause emotional grief and strife. I am done.
