Not receiving any firmware updates for past few months

I recently realized that I have not received any firmware update since over 6 months now. I just checked my Ionic. It shows version 27.32.10.20.

 

Is this the latest version? The app is not showing any updates yet. What's happening? Fitbit gave up on ionic?

No it's not the latest version, the latest version is 32.12.19 (Fitbit OS 2.2). This is still rolling out to users as per this thread. You have two options, you can either wait for it to be pushed to you, or you can perform a factory reset to force the update.
