Not receiving call notifications on Ionic

I'm not getting call notifications on the Ionic.

All other notifications work, and it let's me know I had a missed call but it doesnt vibrate or anything when the call comes through. 

I've tried restarting my phone and the watch. Ive tried it with my phone in vibrate mode and sound on. My app does not say I'm in DND mode. Ive tried messing with settings on my phone and on the app. I also tried the test call notification on the app and that doesnt come through.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Yes, I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. Updated to version 8.0.0, which is the most recent update.

Have you checked the app settings in the phone? Is the Fitbit app set to run in background and power management disabled for Fitbit.

Yes, all permissions and notifications are allowed. And the app does run in the background.

You have double checked that the ionic itself has notifications on, and the phone doesn't have volume down or in its DND mode. 

Have you disabled notifications and reinabled?

Yes. I have checked all settings on the watch and in the app. I have disabled and enabled many settings, multiple times, because it hasnt worked since I bought the watch.

Your phone does show notifications while the phone is locked? Your phone is not in its DND mode? I would then contact support.

Yes it does show notifications. And is not in DND mode.
