I was happily receiving messages, phone ring alert, able to make payment using the Ionic wallet for more than a year till recent few weeks ago. Now I do not receive messages, no more incoming phone alert. I try to do all settings but just do not work. So, I did the Ionic phone factory reset, twice. It works after a few messages, emails, then the same thing happened.... no more notification of messages, emails. Due to the reset, the credit cards that in the Ionic disappear from the wallet. I try to install the card back, now, I face another issue "Error Registering Ionic with Fitbit Wallet"
FYI, I restart the phone, the Ionic many times. The blue tooth disconnection too.
The interesting thing is that I am able to sync all the exercise information, my steps, heartbeat, Sleep pattern, etc. The blue booth on my phone showed is connected to Ionic. I can download Clock Faces and it changes on my Ionic after sync. The Sync Now reported it synced well. So the phone and watch are somehow connected.
But, still, the other things are not connected. Can someone help?

Unfortunately, you are experiencing the same problem that many other Ionic users are experiencing in regards to not receiving notifications. Fitbit has not properly addressed this problem or provided a working solution.
Here's the response I received from Fitbit during a support session:

I would say that this is a workaround. Wait several days, to see if the problem returns. Per my experience and others on this board, users have uninstalled the Fitbit app and rebooted their mobile to discover that the notifications work, but only temporary for a few hours, up to a few days.
