Peace and blessings! 

 

I had had to return my iconic because I wasn’t getting the notifications from calls or texts. I took it back and now I’m not getting any texts, just phone call notifications. Is anyone having this issue? Is this something new? Please assist!

Have you read the setup guide, it explains the settings for the 3 types of operating systems .

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Receive call, text message, calendar, and other notifications on your Fitbit watch or tracker if you have a compatible phone.
