Not receiving text notifications

I've had this over 2 months now.  It has worked most of the time.  Up until about a week ago.  It started noticing that texts and calendar events were no longer come through.  Then 2 days ago, it started again.  Then the battery died and I fully charged the Ionic.


NOW...NOTHING.  I get no call or text notifications.

 

This is really frustrating.  I've tried everything...restarted and synced the app, shutdown and restarted the ionic, swiped to the left to make sure "receive notifications" was turned on, shutdown and restarted my phone (iPhone 8), checked to make sure Bluetooth was good to go (and is able to work with ALL other devices).  The only thing that I haven't done was completely RESET the Ionic...

 

I do NOT want to do that as it will wipe my music off and that was a pain the butt to get on there in the first place.

 

Any solutions??

Same thing started happening to me, about a week ago.  Just went through and did a shutdown restart, still nothing.  Then did a factory reset, and low and behold there was a firmware update out there, from 12-5.  I thought fitbit had fixed that issue.  But it appears to be back, no notification of an update until I did a factory reset.

So how do I do the firm ware update?

If you haven't gotten it yet, try doing another factory reset.  Once you have it connected to the app, it will tell you there is a firmware update.
