Unable to even get a time to show. New watch. Nothing but dots on the screen and pressing anything does not change it. Too much money for a watch that doesn't tell time let along anything else!!! Starting to feel sorry already...

Hi, @walede! Are you referring to the Fitbit icon? Have you tried restarting it? Hold the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds.

I had that problem on my Charge 3 when I got it recently. I ended up unpairing and repairing it and the second time through the process the update worked for me. The first update when you add a tracker does seem to be on the touchy side.
