Hi, I purchased a new fitbit Iconic yesterday to replace my alta. Though I think it looks fantastic and love all the new features. I am having issues with syncing. The steps, stairs, heart beat etc is working fine in app however the active minutes don' update all the time and it won' update when you manual sync.
Is there anyway to fix the issue? It shows on my fitbit but not in the app.

Since your asking about the Fitbit app. Can you also provide the device the Fitbit app is on?
Have you checked the active hours on Fitbit.com yet?

It's on a Samsung s7, I've checked if there was an update and it was completed yesterday.
Ice also just checked the fitbit.com and that hasn't synced since 1.30pm so shows even less than the app.

The app should also show 1:30 as the last sync .However tgetapp has the option to display live data which would explain why it shows more data.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve reached out to Fitbit and have tried all the things they suggested to do but I’m still having the same issue. Hope it gets fixed sooner than later!
