I just went for a walk, with the stopwatch running, and when I returned, I noticed that my steps and floors had not recorded any increase. The only that was different than usual is that I had the stopwatch running.
Thanks!

@David23267 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange. So, once you synced your Ionic after finishing the activity, did the walk showed on your activities history?
How are you tracking your walks? You should be using the Exercise App on your Ionic to track these. Once you tell your tracker to finish the activity you must sync. Once you sync the activity should show on the Fitbit App's exercise tile. Please take a look at this helpful article to get more details on how to track exercise with your Ionic.
Alternatively, perform a restart on your Ionic. That should help you out as well.
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
