Not tracking heart rate and sleep

My Ionic is no longer capturing my heart rate. There isn’t a graph anymore and it just says 68 as a resting heart rate over and over. On the Ionic, it just shows a heart with no number.

 

It is also not recording a sleep score. My sleep tracking is also broken into weird chunks.

 

The graphs at the top haven’t had numbers to track for several days. 

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, I have logged out and logged back in, I’ve restarted my phone and the Ionic several times, and everything else found in the Fitbit forums.

 

Please help! I need my Fitbit stats!
