Not working after swimming with my fitbit

Good day all . I bought my Fitbit irionic late last year. Last month I went to swim with and the watch stopped working . Is there anyone having the same problem? What can I do. I need help.

I would like you to provide me with more details about what you're experiencing: 

- Is your display working on your Ionic? 

- Is it tracking your data?

- Have you tried charging it?

- Have you tried restarting it?

The watch is not even charging. After swimming , I saw the lights coming in and of . I charge it the the all afternoon , then charging signal was 0%. From that time the Fitbit watch is not even switching on .
