My notifications from whatsapp are stuck in my notifications. Reset my device like 3 times and it still occurs. Also changed my clockdesign but it still occurs whatever im doing. When i tried to deleted it it says that it failed and it wont be able to do it because the message is already gone but when i look it is still on my watch.

Hi @Mennobovie, welcome to the Forums! Thanks for posting your question here.

 

This is not a normal behavior from the Fitbit Ionic, thanks a million for trying multiple steps to solve this. In this case, I'd suggest to reconnect your Ionic with your Fitbit Account.

 

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Fitbit Dashboard > Account > Ionic > Remove device
  2. Remove it from your phone's Bluetooth
  3. Restart it at least to times
  4. Make sure your phone and Fitbit app are up to date
  5. Set it your Ionic once again
