Sorry @Shubhamjoshi I'm not sure what your saying. 

Everytime it asks, what does it refer to? 

What happens when you go to the notifications settings? 

Haver you removed the Fitbit app and installed a fresh copy? 

What type of phone do you have, it looks like your asking about an app issue but posting in the ionic hardware board.
