Notification received from iphone on watch but no vibration

Hi Not receiving notification vibrate - still vibrates to remind me to move and still get the notification on my ionic.

Called Fitbit Friday and told it was a known issue and they are working on it  - anyone else have the problem because I have seen no advice that there is an issue?

I have tried everything - that I have previously read in these forums and what the girl told me to try before informing it was a know issue - seemed strange we went through all that before she advised me.

Try going to Notifications in the Settings app and turn all options to on.

 I am receiving the notification just not the vibration and yes the vibration is set to strong.
