Hi, My ionic has upgraded but I don't have the option to reply to messages with pre programmed responses. I only have an option to open the message is this correct?  I am in the UK

Quick Replies are only avaliable on Android devices running 7.0 or higher.
Windows Phone and iOS users are not supported.

May I know what model of phone you have, and what operating system it’s running?
