Notifications on Fitbit App

I don’t receive notifications in my mobile app tracker. These motivating notifications used to cheer as I am meeting my weekly targets. I get cheers and friend requests but not Fitbits own motivating notifications ... it suddenly stopped sometime in June 18 and the settings have all been enabled under notifications option on settings in the app. Anyone faced this ? Any solution ?

I have not experienced the exact situation you have but every now and then I lose notifications on my watch. Usually, a restart of the watch and then sometimes also my phone as well fixes these issues. You did not mention what kind of phone you are using (iPhone or Android). 

As a last resort you can sync your watch (if it will let you) and then remove it from your app and then readd it and as a last resort you can do a full reset and see if that helps ya out. Good luck!

I have iPhone 5S. I repeat that the issue is about notifications on my
mobile app is the issue here. I suddenly stopped getting the auto taunts
... I do get any messages from fiends on Mobile app.
