I am getting frustrated and hope that someone here has a work around.

Since I complete the last update on my FitBit Ionic I receive the updates on my watch but it doesn't alert me/vibrate or pop up on the watch. It just shows if I go searching for them. My husband is having the same issue as I am on his Ionic.

Have you checked the settings to see if the ionic is in it's Do Not Disturb mode?

Hold on the left button then swipe left.
