My Ionic is no longer vibrating when I get notifications and nothing happens when I get a phone call. Tried all the trouble shooting stuff from the Help section, no luck.

Awesome troubleshooting
Since having done everything possible, when desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.

I have followed all instructions provided in support pages. Tried resetting and turning device on and off reinstall fit but tracker et all. It worked first day. Then it stopped working. After one of the restarts it sent one message but again stopped notifying. I bought 2 of these devices. Should I return them or wait for some fix. I am in quandary

Same situation here. Pulling my hair out. I don't get any notification

I've never had any notifications with my BlackBerry phone so hopefully when they sort out everyone's notification issues, mine will be addressed.

I gave resolving this on my own one more shot, with no luck. In fact, I am worse off! I tried removing the app from my phone, and reinstalling. Then tried removing the watch from my account, and reconnecting. Finally tried resetting the watch to factory settings...and now it won't complete setup, gets stuck halfway through the setup process.
Wish I could just get my $300 back and move on from Fitbit. The Ionic is one of the worst pieces of hardware technology I've ever owned. So much for my many years of Fitbit loyalty.

Welcome to the club of no Notification. I am trying to make peace with not having notification on the watch.

Indeed, the whole factory reset meant a solution to me. It's true that it takes 2 hours or so.
But since then, all notifications, messages, calls, etc. come to the smart clock 🙂
I did not even leave the phone screen to sleep, and I put both of them on the charger under the factory reset.
