OS 2.0 a complete nightmare on Ionic

 Have done the update recently and I'm ready to throw watch at a wall.

 

Every 30-60 seconds it's vibrating and showing the notifications screen to tell me I'm all caught up. 

 

Left button is no longer responding. Sometimes I can use it, most times it does nothing. 

 

I wish I'd never pushed that update button, I used to love my fitbit Ionic.

 

Help me fix these issues please?

I’m so sorry you are having these issues, @SunsetRunner! The first thing to try is restarting your Ionic. Tap here for instructions. Do this 2 or 3 times. That should snap everything back to normal. Please let us know if it does not.
