Hello i bought my Ionic last december, and i've been having problems from day 1, i seems like one of the sensors is broken and I think that's why my fitbit doesn't show heart rate,  I wonder what can I do now???

I live in northern Sweden, and I don't know where/how I can find somewhere to fix it...

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary and make sure your watch is properly positioned on your wrist.
