{{Sigh}} Back when Fitbit "support" was "helping" me with an issue (that I ended up having to resolve myself) they had me factory reset and delete the device from my account. Now the Ionic is paired to my phone and my laptop but my online account shows NO DEVICES. How in God's creation do I get this back there? One would've *thought* synch-ing would synch with one's account.No device paired

Syncing will sync with one's account @SunsetRunner but your phone and laptop are logged into one account and your lounged into a different account on what you call your online account. I'm not sure what device this is or if it might be a browser .
Which account looks like your working account with the longest history?
