So I just saw that the Wallet is available in the Fitbit App. However, there is only a limited amount of banks available to pick from. When will this list be updated?
Currently the list is as follows:
United States:
Australia:

@minigno Thanks for the added info.
Have you tried the following:
If the above doesn't work, uninstall/reinstall the app.
Try this and let me know how it goes. If it gives you the same error, can you share a screenshot as well as your OS/app versions and phone model?
Thanks!

I haven't been able to add any credit/debit cards to the wallet. I don't have the option available to me.

@hurvs_the_word That is the current list of banks supporting Fitbit Pay. We haven't announced a timeframe in which new banks and locales will be added, but the list should be expanding soon.
@lawrenceS59 Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting set up. I'd recommend checking this help article for steps, as well as the following video:

Hi Matthew,
I get pretty far in the process, have the card art on my phone, the bank has verified the card (and is one of the supported banks), have my device card number etc...when I try to then click the blue Activate on Ionic button, I get the following error:
Failed to sync card to Ionic. If the problem persists, you may need to contact support.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Just received my Ionic and I think it is great. Setup was a breeze, syncing works okay. I had a little trouble changing the clockface but after a little fiddling it got through. Very happy with my Ionic so far!
I am not able to setup my wallet. i have a pin-code on my watch and when I try to setup my wallet via the app (android), the app crashes when the screen for entering my pin-code card number appears. Switching my phone and watch off and on again didn't help. Any thoughts?
Regards,
Edwin

I like to add one thing.
The Fitbit app is in English. The "wallet tile" however doesn't display the word "Wallet" but the dutch word "portemonnee". (wallet sounds better, doesn't it).. Maybe related to the error I have?

Do you know when this feature will be available for Windows 10 desktop and phone?

Using Windows 10 devices (phone, computer, etc). I can add/remove the wallet app but cannot add any cards. Is this a known problem?

Windows phone is no longer sold by M$,it's a failed platform, so it's very unlikely target platform. Bill Gates uses Android now.
As for Windows desktop highly unlikely, esp when the existing phone apps seem very much unfinished.

The app for the phone and for the desktop are the same app. As for Bill Gates, what does that have to do with anything? He retired as Microsoft CEO in 2000 - 17 years ago. He is a Microsoft fan for sure as a large shareholder and is still on the board of directors, but has had two different CEOs over those past 17 years since him. Microsoft also makes apps on iOS, Max OSX, Android, Linux, etc. That does not mean they are abandoning their Windows 10 platform. The app Fitbit has made is a UWP app meaning that any app they make for the desktop (and it is pretty good) will also run on any mobile platform from Microsoft as well. Be sure you know what you are talking about before your anti Microsoft bias (see M$) bites you in the behind. You just make yourself sound ignorant to everyone else who actually knows.

Actually you don't know what you are talking about.
Firstly I said they abandoned Windows on the Phone, not the desktop.
Windows phone is dead Jim whatever you might have read recently.

You accused me of being anti M$, well..
* I run Windows 10 everywhere.
* I am a Microsoft .NET developer.
* I have worked and support Microsoft products all my life.
* I use Android
* I use Linux
* I do not use Apple.
If anything I have a Microsoft bias Lol! I'll give you a plaster for your bum next time I see you.

I was on the chat with fitbit yesterday and was told the my zte zmax pro is not a supported phone. When I click on the wallet icon on my phone, and click "Get Started", the screen flashes and that's all. No way to add credit cards...

I figured out how to upload photos now...
This is the wallet screen of my zte zmax pro...

I set up a pin now when i try to open the wallet. It crashes everytime. I cant upload a card .

Solved it, you need to set up a lock pin on your phone outside of the fitbit app then it will allow you to put a card on

@FbombGreat work.. I would never have tested that because I had already set that Lock Pin months ago and was using PayWave from the phone. Then along came the Ionic Fitbit Pay, and as I have posted no issues at all.. Just the smaller stores who don't have a portable card reader.. My arm isn't long enough....
@MatthewFitbitto add to your busy work-life...

I already have a pin on my fitbit but still wallet does not work with zte zmax pro and I have no one instructing me what to do that I haven't already tried.
