So I just saw that the Wallet is available in the Fitbit App. However, there is only a limited amount of banks available to pick from. When will this list be updated?
Currently the list is as follows:
United States:
Australia:

Sorry, but I n your earlier post you said support have already told you that your phone isn’t a supported model so I’m unclear what else you’re waiting for? Did I miss something specific?

I found the solution is that I had to put a pin number on my cell phone, not just the fitbit.

@BradleeSargent I was told the same thing when I first bought my Ionic. I was on the chat with I assume lvl1 support. They said my Moto Z2 was not a supported device. Then I told them my Blaze worked fine with my Moto Z and they told me the Moto Z was also not supported. That's when I became suspicious. Why would they tell me a device is not supported when I have been using it for the last year?
So on my drive home from work I called them on the phone instead of chatting. They moved me to lvl2 or 3 support. They were much more helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get me connected and up and running in minutes.
So the moral here is Fitbit does not document known issues very well or train their employees to handle (somewhat) complex tasks. You just have to get lucky and talk to the right person and then you might get what you need. But you will struggle all along the way until you get to that person.
To make this post relevant to this thread I am now having issues with getting the wallet set up and the chat person blamed it on the bank saying a problem on their end. Called the bank and they said everything looks good on their end. The struggle continues...

"Invalid entry, please check your input and try again". I left middle name/initial blank because I do not have a middle name, all other fields are correct.

Not sure what the problem was but my wallet issue is fixed. The support simply said, wait until Nov 25th and a new version of the Fitbit app will be released. Once I updated the Fitbit app on my phone, the wallet works fine.

This doesn't solve the problem. Using an S7 edge and can't even get to the point of loading a card.

My Fitbit charge 3 limited edition became faulty so today I got a replacement. I've downloaded it and paired it but it's got stuck on the wallet. I put in my pin and it has been stuck on "securing Fitbit wallet" for about half an hour. I've tried turning my bluetooth off and on again and I've tried turning my phone off and on but nothing is working

When will UK Banks be added like HSBC and Lloyds? Fitbit is so behind the times!
