OK I have looked at all the other threads. It worked great for 2 months. 4 day charge easy, 7500-10,000 steps a day. I have MyfitnessPro on it and that is it. So the last week been doing competitions with co-workers and doing 10k-20k steps a day. Haven't change a thing and now it seems like I get one day charge and that is it ...WTF. Yes it updated. I have turned off everything like other post have said. I have shut off. Have not done a full factory reset yet. But what the hell, this is only 2 months old. My last one lasted till it fell apart. I upgraded to this one so I could use it while I swim ...Think I should have stuck with the cheap ones 😞 So any suggestions ...Please help

So now I have done everything that I have seen on here. Shutdown, reboot, took things off it..Charged it off the computer. Still only get a day. This is amazing. Then I come to find out if I didn't purchase on line thru Fitbit that I am probably not going to get a refund. WOW Just sad. I have been around the internet and I know everything has it problems. But more and more I look, its seems that the Iconic fitbit is the most problematic one out there. I will be contacting them to see if they will to a swap as I just got this less than two months ago
