Only receiving call notifications

I have a notification problem.

I installed the app again, I restarted the phone and ionic several times, but I could not solve the problem. I only see calls on my ionic, but no notifications from whatsapp etc. any other suggestions?

I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to set your notifications. If you are but you're still not receiving any other notifications other than calls, please try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article. 

Also, I would like you to let me know the phone you're using.

I tried also the troubleshooting in your mentioned article but its still not working.

In the app notification is this warning:

but after several restarts nothing changed.

but still no solution.

I'm using Xiaomi Mi 9t with the app vers. 3.13

I did the factory reset in the settings of the ionic device.

the device turned of and I can't start it again.

I pressed all three buttons but nothing happens, also tried to charge it but nothing came up on the screen.

Now I'm lost...
