The option to select which notifications other than Fitbit to receive is not available to select in either Windows 10 or Android app.

You will not find that in the Windows 10 app as a PC can't receive notifications.

 

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Thankyou Patruns, 

I found the option in the android app and then finally figured out the wifi option was off on the Ionic.

 

I set up the wifi and the notifications and its all working now.
