My pin number stooped working. I can't connect to my phone. It says to connect using my phone but it won't connect. How can I get my watch to work again?

A warm welcome to the Community @stltom. Thanks for the screenshot shared and the details mentioned.
It usually happens when you an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you will need to unlock your Fitbit device in the Fitbit app.
To unlock your device with your phone:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.
