I use the Fitbit app to track my walks. It gives me my pace during my walks but when I pull them up later my walking pace isn’t showing up with the rest of the information.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify what do you mean when you say I pull them up later? Do you mean that the pace information is shown on the Fitbit itself but not in your account? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Lastly, which mobile device are you using? To ensure that everything is up to date, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
