Pair two Ionic to the same Fitbit account?

I am using Ionic for my daily exercise. Recently, I am getting another Ionic as it is getting cheaper and has all the features i want. 

however, I am having trouble to register the extra ionic into my account as they only allow me to replace the old ionic with new Ionic device.

Can someone help out here?

Hi @cwoo1  you can't have two of one style on the account at one time. There is a way to work around this, but it requires a bit of work and timing on your part. Here is how to do it: sync the Ionic you're using and remove it from your account. Move it out of range, about 25 feet. Set the Ionic you want to use as a new device on an existing account. Use it until you want to swap and you'll do the same thing to return to the first Ionic. It's not perfect, but that's the only way you can use both of your Ionic devices on your one Fitbit account.
