I replaced my iPhone 5 with an iPhone 8 about 3 months ago and was able to pair my Ionic to my new phone. This past week my iPhone 8 would not sync with the Ionic. Yesterday, after opening up Bluetooth on my iPhone, my Ionic did not show up as a device recognized by my iPhone. I opened up my Fitbit app on my phone and added the Ionic as a device again. After about 2-3 minutes of pairing (when prompted, I typed the PIN # received on my Ionic, on my phone, to start the pairing), I received an error message with an ABORT button. I tried this several times yesterday and today, and I get the same results.
I would appreciate any help/suggestions/guidance provided to fix the error.
Thanks!

Welcome to the Community @MillieS-1955. Thanks for the details mentioned. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried.
It sounds like your Ionic isn't paired to your account anymore and this is why it's not showing in your iPhone anymore. I would like you to confirm you're following these steps to set it up.
As a side note let me share that when you are changing your phone and you want your Fitbit to sync to it, you just need to log into your account and force a sync. It should pair your Ionic to your new phone without following the set up procedure again.
If you're still not able to pair it, then provide me with a screenshot of what you're getting in your app.
Let me know how it goes.
