So i recieved the fitbit from my dad and i factory reset it. While pairing it said the device is locked as it was reported stolen or lost. How can i pair it.

Hi @Aasrith_JR the Ionic has been recalled, so there is no support for it. As for it being locked, if someone had applied for the refund, the first thing that gets done is the device is deactivated. You can learn more here - click to read.

All you can do is check with Fitbit customer support to see what information they might have on it.

Is there a possibility that I could get a refund at the store that i purchased. I have the bills and all the accessories provided from the time of purchase.

Hi @Aasrith_JR you would need to check with the store. The Ionic hasn't been sold in quite some time, so any window for returning it with a refund may have passed. Did you check with customer support?
