Just bought a new set of bluetooth earphones (SOAIY T2 IN EAR)   Shows as pairing on Ionic but after a few hours still not paired any suggestions

Hello @Sirinsomniac thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome aboard!

 

Seems odd that your Soaiy T2 earphones are not pairing with your Ionic device. I recommend you to check our help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? for more information and details about how to properly pair your Bluetooth audio device with your Fitbit. If necessary, move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.
