Pandora App is not in the app gallery

When I first got my Ionic I deleted the pandora app thinking I could reinstall it whenever I wanted if I ever had a subscription to it. Two weeks later I changed from spotify to pandora only so I could use the music on the watch. I set up my pandora account on the app but it says that I am missing the app from my watch and it gives me a link to the app gallery to install it. When I get to the app gallery all of my apps and "all apps" are there except for the pandora app. I cant reinstall the app, HELP!

To make it appear from the app:

Open the fitbit app, tap on the account tab, then on your profile picture. You will see a gear icon at to top right corner, tap on it, and make sure the option "location" is set to US. After you change the location, you should see the pandora app available.
