Pandora Stations won't download to Fitbit Ionic

Good Morning, I have been trying for a week now to get my Pandora to load my stations on my Ionic.  I had it loaded and working fine until approximately one week ago when it "disappeared". I have called customer service with out resolving the problem, they eventually referred me to this site.  I ensure my Ionic has strong Wi-Fi signal, have unlinked it, tried everything I have found on here to resolve the issue but it still will not work.  Every time I plug it in, and unplug it, it states that the Pandora download is paused, but this is after being plugged in for 8-10 hours. And I have a case number with Fitbit Support.

Hey there @macooper, it's nice to see you around the forums! Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having to download your Pandora Stations to your Ionic. Thanks for already troubleshooting this, nice way to go!

Also, thanks for sharing your support case.  I've taken the time to review it and it seems that you're getting help from our Customer Support Team. My best recommendations is to keep the chat with them as they have all the tools to do the next move if needed. 

However, note that this could be related to a connection problem to Wi-Fi. Is your Ionic close to your router and plugged in to the charging cable when downloading the stations?
