Recently purchased ionic 2-3 weeks ago and have been trying to download pandora... I’ve tied restarting the ionic and waiting hours even over night and not even one station has downloaded . Please help, I enjoy my ionic but if this feature does not work I’m going or have I return it ... thanks in advance

@Anniivalla Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is strange! It shouldn't take that long, at least 15 minutes, but not hours.

Can your watch connect to Wi-Fi? Please do the following if you haven't done so already:

  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon > your watch's image.
  • Tap or click "Wi-Fi Settings".
  • Tap or click "Add Network" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. For best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network.

Once you have done this go to Media > Pandora, and log in to your Pandora account. Note you need to have a paid subscription with Pandora. Return to the Fitbit App to complete set up.

Then, in the Fitbit app, choose to auto-sync up to 3 of your most-played Pandora stations or manually select up to 3 Workout stations.

Plug your watch into the charger. Stations download automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network. Please check this helpful article for more details.

Also, check this video, it should be helpful as well:

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
