Pandora "subscription issue" Ionic

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm so frustrated with my Ionic that I'm ready to eat the price tag and go get an AppleWatch. I've spent many many hours trying to get music to work on my Ionic. I think, after little direction, got my personal music started. BUT Pandora has been a different issue.

I've paid for a subscription to Pandora.

When I try to get Pandora to work on my Ionic, I get a "there is a problem with your Pandora subscription. Check Pandora settings in the FitBit app" error message.

There is no way to change those settings in the FitBit App. When you go into the FitBit App the only option is to sync pandora stations. Which then doesn't work because of a subscription issue.

How is there a subscription issue when I'm paying for this service!?

I've done all FitBit Community has asked including having the FitBit plugged in.

I've deleted my app and reinstalled. NOTHING WORKS!

The only reason I bought Ionic was for Pandora and personal music.

FIX YOUR ISSUES OR LOSE CUSTOMERS! I'm so frustrated.

Does the Pandora phone app work for you?

The Pandora app on my phone works but will not work on my Ionic, or as I like to call it, my expensive pedometer

OK, if the pandora phone app works, that indicates that your pandora subscription is fine.

Other than deleting the app, which you've already tried, I don't know of anything else you can do configuration-wise. So I would contact Fitbit Support and have them open a case for you.
