Pandora stops downloading at 10min

 When updating stations I am finding that the downloads stop right at or about 10min into the download, everything I read says it should take 15 min to download each station, so this is not allowing the stations to load. When it stops downloading I get the message on the app that I have no stations. I have restarted my Ionic to see if they load after but no luck.  How can I keep downloading and not stopping at 10min?

@Amyonthego Welcome to the Fitbit family! This could be related to a connection problem to Wi-Fi. Is your Ionic close to your router and plugged in to the charging cable when downloading the stations? 

 

For more details and troubleshooting steps about Wi-Fi, please check this helpful article. Those steps should help you out with this ans you should be able to download your stations accordingly.
