Part of workout missing

I’ve gone on my first run using my new Fitbit ionic and when I’ve come to review my workout, my calories burned and heart rate seem to have flatlined midway through the workout before going back to normal levels. I’m pretty sure I didn’t pass out midway through my session, does anyone have any ideas what might’ve occurred?

It's pretty weird that your calories burned and heart rate weren't accurate midway through the workout. In this case, you may want to manually log the activity. Could you confirm that your heart rate is working properly throughout the day? Has this happened again?
