Password not recognised on app

I can sign in to my account via my laptop yet the password isn’t working on the app.  I’ve searched numerous threads on this forum and lots of people have had similar issues, however, all of the workarounds mentioned haven’t so far worked.  I’ve made sure I have the most recent app update, I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, changed my phone’s name, made sure the date and time in my settings is on automatic... not sure what else I can do! Please help!
