Perpetually connecting with GPS - help!

Hi there, can anyone help? Since i got my watch it can't connect to the GPS. It is always "connecting". I'm doing a half marathon tomorrow and i'm really hoping to track it so any advice would be so appreciated!

First, try a RESTART.

 

Also be sure GPS  is turned on in the Settings located at Fitbit.com Dashboard. Click on the Gear Icon at the upper right and then on Ionic. If it is already set to On, try turning it Off, syncing and then turn it back On and syncing.
